My friend, over at Story of a Seamstress, shared this.  After reading the article, I had to share it too!!  This is what EVERY young woman (and older woman even) need to read.  Even though we might say we are beautiful enough with God, and He is the only One who matters, I think we still tend to think otherwise!!  It is our natural human feelings.  Read THIS and see....
